The Empirical Academic Coaching Approach

Empirical Academic Coaching has pioneered a student-centered approach to academic mentoring that eschews one-size-fits-all curricula in favor of personalized learning plans. We’re not just here to help your student with an upcoming chemistry test or to push through a challenging math assignment. At Empirical Academic Coaching, our tutoring goals are more long-term. We strive to instill all of the students we work with a thirst for knowledge. We want to equip them with the tools they need to succeed not just at school, but in life. Your student deserves a more focused approach to academic tutoring.

That’s why our method incorporates the latest research on behavioral theory, cognitive sciences, and didactic techniques. A student’s learning challenges can’t be solved overnight. They require consistent, measured training that leads to habit-forming actions. We also know that endurance requires a little inspiration, which is why our coaches and tutors are committed to cultivating an open, engaging atmosphere that encourages students to put their best foot forward. It’s a culture that will carry over into both their school and personal lives.
